Itinerant Merchant Licenses are required for all vendors. Full year Itinerant Merchant Licenses ($416.00) are valid for events from October 1 through September 30th of the following year. Partial Year Licenses ($250) are valid for only that event. License holders can transfer between locations providing the location has a Host Itinerant Merchant License. Each itinerant merchant must have a license; no itinerant merchant license may be transferred to another vendor. If a vendor is located on multiple properties, an Itinerant Merchant License must be issued for each location. The Itinerant Merchant License can be purchased at the Broken Spoke Saloon, prior to setting up the vending space. For further questions please contact Chris Wissell at cwissel@volusia.org
